Method
09 phasesFrom the first meeting to maintenance
Nine phases, in this order. Each ends with a deliverable you sign off before moving on.
Method
Four stages, one schedule kept
01
We analyse your development
Unit types, price schedule, sales pitch, available content, existing channels. We leave with a precise reading of what can become interactive.
02
We design the experience
Buyer journey, art direction, information hierarchy, conversion moments. You sign off on mockups before any build.
03
We integrate your units and tools
Inventory, plans, statuses, forms, notifications, dashboard. The data stays yours and can be edited without us.
04
We launch and keep it evolving
Go-live, team training, indicator monitoring, adjustments. The platform follows the development through to completion.
In detail
Nine phases, one deliverable each
01
Framing
We record the unit count, the unit types, the price schedule, the existing channels and the sales objective. From that we produce a written scope, a schedule and a price.
02
Content gathering
Plans, visuals, renders, videos, copy, specification notes. We list what exists, what is missing, and what needs producing — on your side or with a provider.
03
Art direction
Palette, typography, image treatment, section rhythm. You sign off on mockups before a single line of code is written.
04
Build
Building the platform, setting up the inventory, plans, forms and dashboard. Delivered in visible functional increments.
05
Sign-off
Line-by-line review of prices, areas, statuses and legal mentions. Nothing goes live without a named sign-off on your side.
06
Testing
Mobile, tablet and desktop, Chrome and Safari, keyboard navigation, reduced motion, forms, performance. The results are handed to you.
07
Go-live
Domain, certificate, redirects, sitemap, search indexing. The switch happens on a date chosen with you, not on a Friday evening.
08
Training
One session with the sales team: change a price, change a status, handle a request, read the indicators. A written guide stays available.
09
Maintenance
Hosting, updates, backups, support and an allowance of content changes. Significant new features are quoted separately.
Next step
See it on your own development
Twenty minutes is enough to see what your development would become. Forty-five to draw a sales plan from it.
