This site collects only what is needed to answer a professional enquiry. No data is sold and no advertising profile is built.
The retention periods and regulatory references marked “to be completed” must be settled with your legal counsel before go-live.
01 Data controller

02 Data collected
Only what you type into a form: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. The demo keeps your choices (favourites, comparison, edits) in your browser, on your device, without transmission.
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, city, programme type, unit count, project stage, message and consent.
- Callback or slot request: name, company, email, phone, and where relevant the desired format and your availability.
- Unlocking the demo dashboard: name, company, email, phone. No account is created.
03 Purpose
To answer your request and, if you asked for it, arrange a demo. No resale, no advertising sharing, no profiling.
The legal basis is your consent, collected explicitly before anything is sent. You may withdraw it at any time.
04 Recipients
Requests arrive in the contact@mirhos.com mailbox, hosted by Hostinger, and are read only by MIRHOS. If a WhatsApp notification is configured, a summary of the request passes through WhatsApp Business Platform; when it is not configured, no data leaves the server.
05 Retention
Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship arising from it: To be completed — retention period adopted
The anti-abuse counters keep only a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address, erased after one hour.
06 Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics service. Your language preference and the choices you make in the demo are stored locally on your device and never leave your browser.
Analytics are internal: they count product gestures (a unit viewed, a simulation run) without ever tying them to a person, and stay in your browser when no collection endpoint is configured.
07 Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@mirhos.com.

08 Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No sending credentials exist in the browser: they live in a configuration file kept outside the web folder. Forms are validated server-side, rate-limited and protected against automated submissions.
